How long does a Zero Trust rollout take?

Which Microsoft licences do we need for Intune and Conditional Access?
Intune and Entra ID P1, which provides Conditional Access, are included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5, and can also be bought separately. Can staff keep using their personal phones?
