IT support and infrastructure
Day-to-day support for client teams: Microsoft 365 and Windows accounts, laptops and devices, networks, and the tickets that come with them.
What helps
- • Windows and Microsoft 365 basics
- • An understanding of networking fundamentals
- • Clear, patient communication in English
Cybersecurity
Working with our security team on endpoint hardening, Intune and Zero Trust rollouts, monitoring and incident support.
What helps
- • Security fundamentals, for example studying for Security+ or SC-900
- • Curiosity about how attacks actually work
- • Careful work that you document as you go
Internship
Learn alongside the delivery team on real client work, with someone senior to guide you. Open to students and recent graduates in IT, computer science and related subjects.
What helps
- • A genuine interest in IT or security
- • Time you can commit to the internship
- • Dates and terms are agreed at the interview
