Your enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form, the name, email address, company, selected service and message you enter are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to enquiry@redtreesupport.com through our business email service. We use them to respond to your enquiry. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries. To prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and is not stored.
Phone and WhatsApp
If you call us or message our WhatsApp Business number, we use the details you share to respond. WhatsApp messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information you choose to share
If you send us a brief through an agreed contact channel, we use it to understand your requirements, respond to you, discuss services and maintain relevant business records. Share only information needed for your enquiry. Please do not include passwords or sensitive client records.
