Work that is ready before your day starts
Our day begins late in the evening Eastern Time and runs until early afternoon. Changes scheduled overnight are completed before your staff sign in, and our consultants stay online through your morning for meetings, questions and support.
This rhythm suits planned security and device work: Conditional Access changes, Intune policy updates and patching can happen outside your business hours, then be reviewed together in the morning.
Designs follow widely used US frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and the CIS Controls, so the configuration is straightforward to explain to auditors, insurers and customers.

When is your team available in Eastern Time?
Each weekday our team is online from 10:30 PM the evening before until 1:30 PM Eastern Time, or 11:30 PM to 2:30 PM during daylight saving time. That covers your morning, Monday to Friday.
What happens after 1:30 PM Eastern?
Our team is offline for your late afternoon. Requests raised then are picked up when our next day starts in your evening, so most are handled before your next morning.
How do you access our Microsoft 365 tenant?
Through named admin accounts protected by multifactor authentication, only the roles the work requires, and time-limited elevation where your licences allow it.
