A Bengaluru team that keeps UK hours
Many UK firms want expert Microsoft support without the cost of a local consultancy, but worry that an offshore team means slow replies and overnight waits. Our working day runs from 9:00 AM to midnight in India, which covers the whole UK business day, Monday to Friday.
That overlap lets us run discovery workshops in your morning, carry out planned changes in the afternoon and still be online for end-of-day questions. Larger changes, such as Conditional Access enforcement or device enrolment waves, are scheduled with your team and communicated to users in advance.
Security work is aligned with what UK customers and insurers ask for: Cyber Essentials technical controls, UK GDPR expectations for personal data and clear records of who can access what.

Can a team in India really work UK hours?
Yes. Our standard day runs from 9:00 AM to midnight India time, Monday to Friday, which is 3:30 AM to 6:30 PM in the UK in winter and 4:30 AM to 7:30 PM in summer. Your whole working day is covered without anyone working unusual shifts.
Will this get us Cyber Essentials certified?
Certification is awarded by an accredited certification body after assessment. We configure Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID to meet the technical controls and help you prepare the evidence, but we do not issue the certificate.
Can our data stay in the UK?
Azure workloads can run in the UK South and UK West regions, and Microsoft 365 supports UK data residency for its core services. We confirm what applies to your licences during the assessment.
How are new laptops set up if you are not on site?
With Windows Autopilot, new devices can ship straight to staff and enrol themselves into Intune when they first sign in. We guide your team through anything that needs hands-on help.
