Terms and Conditions
1. Services
1.1 Scope of Services: RedTreeSupport provides a range of IT services including IT infrastructure setup, managed IT support, cloud migration, cyber security enhancement, compliance and audit support, IT manpower placement, and more. Detailed descriptions of each service can be found on our website.
1.2 Service Agreement: All services are subject to a Service Agreement outlining the specific terms, conditions, and responsibilities of both RedTreeSupport and the client. This agreement must be signed before any service commences.
2. Payments
2.1 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the Service Agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule outlined therein.
2.2 Billing Cycle: Depending on the nature of the service, billing may be conducted on a one-time, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Specific billing cycles will be detailed in the Service Agreement.
2.3 Methods of Payment: RedTreeSupport accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayU, and other methods as specified in the Service Agreement. Payment details will be provided to clients upon agreement.
2.4 Late Payments: In the event of late payment, RedTreeSupport reserves the right to charge a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per month. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
2.5 Refunds: By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the payment terms outlined in the Service Agreement. All payments made to RedTreeSupport for services are final and non-refundable.
3. Service Delivery
3.1 Commencement of Services: Services will commence on the date agreed upon in the Service Agreement, provided that any initial payments have been received.
3.2 Service Modifications: Any modifications to the scope of services must be mutually agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for modifications beyond the original agreement.
3.3 Service Interruptions: RedTreeSupport will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service. However, we are not liable for interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical failures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Access and Cooperation: Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to facilities, systems, and personnel to allow RedTreeSupport to perform the agreed services.
4.2 Data Backup: Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data. RedTreeSupport is not liable for any data loss.
4.3 Compliance: Clients must ensure that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Confidentiality and Security
5.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the service engagement.
5.2 Data Security: RedTreeSupport implements industry-standard security measures to protect client data. However, clients acknowledge that no security measure is infallible and agree to hold RedTreeSupport harmless in the event of a data breach.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the service by providing written notice 15 Days in advance, subject to the terms of the Service Agreement.
6.2 Termination by RedTreeSupport: RedTreeSupport reserves the right to terminate the service for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to pay, or other substantial reasons, with written notice to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Indirect Damages: RedTreeSupport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7.2 Total Liability: In no event shall RedTreeSupport’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
9. Amendments
RedTreeSupport reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
